Ramla began her practice quite early at legal aid clinic law development centre where she received training as court accredited mediator/ reconciliator and was posted to various courts where she worked as a mediator which courts included the chief magistrates courts of mengo , wakiso and finally makindye.

Ramla is an accredited mediator by the judiciary in Uganda. Ramla has worked with various law firms which include Adil Advocates and Solicitors she also did her clerkship training at the civil court of Uganda where she mostly did legal research.
Education & Awards
She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the Makerere University and subsequently with a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Kampala.
